Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

For all orders with custom LASER ENGRAVING, please allow 1-5 business days prior to dispatch. Express orders are prioritised.

We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping provider. Once you receive our shipping/tracking email we are no longer responsible for guaranteed delivery date. We give an estimated Australia Post time: Regular 2-6 business days. Express 1-3 business days. For ease and convenience, please track your parcel through the Australia Post app or website and contact them directly for any tracking issues.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Postal Damages

K Renae Leather are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim/complaint. Please ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim as this will be used as evidence in the claim process. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship internationally. However, we are currently looking into international postage for New Zealand, US and Europe. Please contact us directly if you are wishing to post any of our products to these countries. As we could organise this privately.
